We love the Plug Frances style and there are so many ways to you can be creative to make them out of weighted materials.
In this version we used some old mono running line for feelers, but we have substituted them for yellow rubber legs in the tying kit (you can of course use your own old running line instead) and tapering the body by building a dubbing ball tapering down with a 6mm hybrid cone, then some heavy weight with a 5mm tungsten bead followed by a soft hackle and a 4mm hybrid cone to give a nice conical shape.
We have also tied this one with a nice long wing, as many anglers prefer the long wing version of a Frances. This bright yellow variant is a prime choice for spring rivers especially those found in Denmark.
