The Flash Flu style fly is a fast favourite of ours originating from the Danish rivers and streams, it is a design which to use combines the mobility and pulse of a well designed fly with the colour and reflective strength of the deadliest spinning lures.
It is no wonder the Flash Flu has accounted for a good number of Salmon and Sea Trout in flood or coloured water conditions, but it is equally at home in normal fishing conditions just like any good lure is. Just adjust the size and or flash colour and strength to the water you fish.
